Super cozy and a great price! Plenty of hot water; television, microwave, and refrigerator. It's located in the middle of beautiful Great Barrington with easy access to food, shopping, and really whatever you might need within walking distance. Downtown is only about 1.5 miles away. 4 stars because the ice smells and tastes like Indian spices. Get your ice elsewhere, but if you're in the area, this is a good place to stay. Also, no fan in the bathroom so if you're with company bring the Lysol.
I really don't know how this place has gotten good ratings. The staff/owners of this place were beyond rude to my friends and I during our entire stay. From arguing with us about how many clean washcloths were left in the bathroom to asking us to leave the breakfast area while we were still eating, we were treated like rule breakers and second class citizens from the moment we checked in. There is no jacuzzi or hot tub as advertised, and it's advertised as newly renovated but looks as if rooms are right out of the 60’s. I would only ever recommend for anyone that wants to receive half the customer service they're paying for to find another place to stay.
Very professional manager. Mr. Patel was very helpful with our needs and inquires. Good location/business and I would recommend staying here. Nicely done.
I had the pleasure of staying in this motel last week and was more than happy. The place was spotless and the shower was great. The owners were always helpful and take pride in their business. I booked directly by phone not through an internet service and saved a bundle by doing so. If you need a comfy and reasonable priced place that's the room you want.
Stayed 2 nights. The place was small and a little quirky but the staff were nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was coffee, bagels and cereal. We would stay their again.
