This is a remarkable place and as uncommon for its elegance and relaxed luxury as it is memorably wonderful. Here you will find an exceptional B&B run by kind hosts who are keeping the standards highest. You will find a fire to warm you in winter, some of the best breakfasts I've had ever in any restaurant, a great location, excellent rooms, terrific beds, at home comforts. They have a lovely book collection and are terrific people- Rob and Robbie have created a restorative spot not to be missed.

great place to stay
My wife and I spent a weekend at the Inn at Sweet Water Farms last winter for our 1 year anniversary. We stayed in the lower room which was clean, very charming and quite private. Lynda was an amazing host and her cooking is top notch. She was even gracious enough to cook something off menu at our request at breakfast. The baked goods that seem always to be available were delicious. Overall a wonderful B&B experience!
What a fine find! Everything the other reviewers say is true and then some. Super friendly people. Nice clean rooms. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Can't recommend highly enough.
