I felt fortunate when I found a local vacuum repair shop until I tried to get a diagnosis and then the vacuum back. The owner Ken told me it would be a week for the estimate. After two weeks I called and he said that he was backed up but could have it finished by Tuesday. I reminded him that I was looking for an estimate before the repair. Another week goes by and I call - he is on vacation. I left several messages on the answering machine before a woman got back to me and told me that he could not get the part to fix it. I asked for a refund and she agreed. When I picked it up, the owner Jeff was hostile and rude. I wouldn't recommend an enemy to the poor excuse of a business owner.
