Always a wonderful spot for a bite. Farm to table like it’s supposed to be done. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.
With time, The PW seems to be drifting away from its initial attention to culinary variety and carefully prepared, high quality meals. My last two visits found uninspired food preparation, a reliance on over seasoning, and mediocre cuts of meat. I still enjoy the local ambiance and service, but I'll think twice before stopping by again. This unexpected and unfortunate turn drops my four stars to two.
Had the cranberry bean dish with fried halliumi, a yogurt sauce and roasted broccoli. It felt like an incomplete meal, was really just a grain bowl, but didn't have the grain. Could have had more flavor too. Service was fine, not great, but we were in and out pretty quick. Left feeling a little disappointed.
Happy times with my wonderful family. Very friendly service, good music, delicious drinks and fun outside area.
Had a HORRIBLE experience!!! My husband ordered the reuben on the brunch menu, and as he was taking his first bite, he bit into something hard nearly braking his teeth. As we looked at it, it looked like an animal tooth, or possibly a bone. (Pic below of meal and object that he bit into). We called the waitress, Shauna, and showed her the object. She got very defensive insisting it wasn't a tooth, but regardless of whatever it was it shouldn't have been in there!!! They still had the nerve to charge us, even though my husband didn't eat the reuben not knowing what else he might find in it. Will NEVER go back!!! Service, employee attitude, and price for mediocre food needs serious adjustment.
