Very pleasant on the phone, but I haven't yet visited the store.
Just has horrible and lazy as the store in the Pittsfield/Lanesboro Mall. Manners and helping customers are same or worse than a trump administration.

I called to see if they had 1/4" interior diameter fuel line and they were unable to estimate the thickness of the lines they had because they claimed it wasn't written on the repair kit package. I went in and the back of the package clearly stated the sizes. Avoid at all costs...go to Carr Hardware
