Sruti is a community hub for many of us in Great Barrington. It is a place where friends are found as a bonus to the beautiful mysore teachings that are available daily. I found my daily practice here, and it has changed the whole flow of my life. Forever grateful to Amy, Tom and all the teachers who show such care in creating a comfortable, supportive space for a an integrated practice to develop at a peaceful, gentle pace.
As a new comer to yoga I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a great way to exercise and find a center to my daily practice. I can go every weekday morning and get a great workout and feel clear to start my day. The teachers are gentle with new comers and help you get started at your own pace. It is great, thanks to Amy and Tom.
