DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience every time I worked with them and was ripped off tremendously. They had 6 separate trips to my house for the same issue and charged me for 5 of the 6 trips. They said I could "put a band aid" on my a/c for cheap or spend a lot of money to fully fix the problem. I opted to fix it once and for all and paid them nearly $1,000.00. After 1 month of working a/c the EXACT same problem returned. When i called they said they were no longer servicing my house and have refused to return any of my phone calls. I do NOT recommend them. I've been talking to my family lawyer about taking them to court. Try Le Prevost instead (or anyone for that matter)
These guys handle their problems poorly.
Called to have them install and relocate faucet for bathtub, came out no problem. The tech was nice, but he made a mistake and cut a water heating line in the floor causing water to pour through my ceiling. Ok, we all make mistakes. Took him four hours to repair his mistake and they tried to charge me. Don’t write reviews often, but man, not sure how these guys are still in business. Awful, just awful!!
