Don't believe me? Go to this location and find out for yourself...
This is by far the worst Staples location I've ever been to. Who's fault is it? Obviously the store managers.
This store has the worst customer service. It is understaffed with untrained employees. Every time I walk in to pick up an order or buy something, there is some problem.
I have been to several different Staples and this one takes the cake for horrible customer service with untrained staff.
The site is dirty, disorganized, and the staff are hostile and unhelpful. This is not their fault, it's just human nature when understaffed, underpaid people work in conditions like this. They are unhappy, frustrated people who take it out on the customers.
Best office supply in town offers computer & phone repair. Ship via UPS 7 days a week.
They never have what I need and they are unhelpful. Good luck-hope you have a lot of patience and only need actual staples.
5/16/14 Today I went to the GB Staples to trade in two phones with their well publicized electronics trade in program. I went to the tech desk where I saw a flyer advertising this. The e-tech was busy with another customer. I waited there close to 20 minutes. Three sales associates walked by me without acknowledging me or asking if I needed help. I felt invisible. Another sales associate walked through the front door and got ready to do his shift. He stood at the register looking around for a few minutes and finally asked me who I was waiting for. I told him, "anyone who will help me". He went into the room with the security mirror in the front of the store and got a team supervisor. She knew nothing of the program and phoned another store for help. I waited. Then she phoned another store. Finally she got the right screen on the computer to answer questions about the phones. She called another team supervisor for help. He found the laminated sheet that was lying on the tech counter that listed the model of phone with the amount of credit. It took 10 more minutes to determine the type of phones (I had two identical phones). It was determined that the credit would be $40 per phone, and she told me that that amount would go to the purchase of another phone, but that was not the terms that were stated on the poster. Oh my, another dilemma. She had never issued an e-card credit, so another phone call was made to another Staples. Wait more. Again, the computer wouldn't function to process the credit. She moved to another computer and plugged in all of the information again, only to tell me that the phones were worthless and to recycle them. This whole process took over an hour of aggravation. Shouldn't the two supervisors of the store know the functions of each department within the store?
The store is alright, the employees are helpful and great, but the store smells like chemicals and toner. It's got to be unhealthy for the employees to be in there all day. Please install air flow equipment Staples.
