We had car trouble on a Sunday and no other places within about a 50 mile radius would even pick up their phone. The gentleman here not only picked up, but helped talk us through the issue remotely (we were still about half an hour away) and went out of his way to get more info and call us back to make sure we were alright. We didn't have to physically take the car in, but the fact that he picked up his phone and was so helpful (for free) is just so great that I had to give a good review!
